CASINI: BERLUSCONI MUST TAKE IN NEW POLITICAL IMPLICATIONS

Casini: the PD swiftly took in the political implications, now it’s Berlusconi’s turn. Casini believes the hypothesis of early elections is “crazy”. He is of the opinion that Berlusconi has two avenues open to him: either he should resign or he should govern, but it must be clear that “Governments are constructed and deconstructed in Parliament”.

With regard to the UDC-FLI-API-MPA merger Casini says that “a new hub has not been born, it is not the great centre. What binds them is national responsibility”. Casini believes that Di Pietro is “a useful adversary for Berlusconi and the best adversary that Berlusconi could have”. Fini? Casini maintains that there are “intimidatory team efforts” being made against him. mce_marker
