Khojaobod – Uzbek authorities report the arrival of 60 thousand adult refugees fleeing from the violence in Kyrgyzstan. Deputy head of Civil Protection, Izzat Ibragimov, explained that “according to first figures, there are about 60 thousand refugees in the Andijan region.” However, there may be more as this figure doesn’t include thousands of children.
