AFGHANISTAN: FRATTINI, NO SECRET NATO-TALIBAN NEGOTIATIONS

Foreign Minister Franco Frattini declared that there are “no secret negotiations between Nato and the Taliban.” The question from a Radioanch’io listener arose out of a New York Times report that peace negotiations are taking place with the help of Nato forces who ensure the safety of Taliban who go to Kabul to participate in the talks.
