A sculpture by Salvador Dali’ has been stolen from an exhibition at Bruges in north western Belgium. The news was reported in the local press. The work, Woman with Drawers, is a bronze statue weighing 10 kg, 50 cm high and 30 cm wide, and is valued at 100 thousand euros. Closed circuit television cameras caught the thieves hiding the statue in a bag prior to leaving the room around midday yesterday. The theft has not been confirmed by Interart, the company responsible for mounting the exhibition.
