Chinese police have arrested a “suspect” for exploding a tricycle in Xinjang killing 7 persons. The blast, wounding other 12 persons took place in the town of Aksi in the turbulent western district where social unrest with the Uyghur Islamic community is prominent. The explosion occurred at 10.30 local time (4.30 a.m. in Europe) .
