Libya has freed an Israeli man who has been in prison since March on charges of spying. Rafael Hadad was arrested for taking photographs of formerly Jewish-owned properties. Mr Hadad, who has dual Israeli and Tunisian nationality, has been released and will travel back to Israel via Vienna this afternoon. .
