M.E.: ISRAELI SOLDIERS KILL HAMAS MILITANT
In the West Bank, Israeli solidifiers killed a Palestinian linked to Hamas. The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas claimed responsibility for the murder of four Israelis in early September, at the start of the peace talks between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. It is not clear whether the victim was involved in that act of violence .
