A Texas- based software company has asked the EU to block alleged illegal practices of the German SAP. The Versata group claims having been left out of corporate management programs because SAP “cloned” one of its software and distributed it free of charge. The legal action is similar to the one issued against Microsoft for access to key information in compatible programs.
