Stockholm – About 2,000 Swedish pilots went on a 24-hour strike grounding 25,000 passengers. The strike, which will end tonight, followed the collapse of the talks with airlines about employment conditions in general and the proposal of hiring pilots on a freelance basis. At the moment over 500 flights got cancelled.
