Cape Town – A Brazilian has been arrested for stealing handbags from female fans attending the World Cup. The South African police has said that the man was stopped while leaving the stadium restaurant in Cape Town during the opening match between South Africa and Mexico. He was carrying a handbag pinched from a South African fan, containing cash and valuables worth over 3 thousand euros.
